You are at the heart of the Label Art system. We create new framing collections for you every year in close collaboration with manufacturers. We choose the fine art equipment that meets your expectations and requirements, which we always study with the utmost care.

Our fine arts advisors are there to help you with all your requirements. We have no outsourced telephone service. Our advisors are trained to answer your technical questions and know you inside out. Our most loyal customers have been with us for years. We build relationships and adapt to every request.

We're delighted to be one of your suppliers, and to bring you this real "plus" in the form of video lessons, step-by-step instructions and product tests. These demos are posted on our blog, Label News, video channel and social networks.
Painting is your passion. We're creating an ephemeral gallery space on the site so that you can make yourself known and recognized. We're committed to showcasing your work online. The ephemeral aspect is important because it allows all artists to benefit from this fabulous medium at the moment they deem most opportune. The diversity of subjects and themes on offer enables all artists to benefit from a very high visitor flow.

Label Art is a demanding player in the fine art market. Every year, we negotiate price lists for each supplier, item by item. Here, there's no question of not letting you benefit by offering you the lowest possible prices. That's the spirit of Label Art.
In chemistry, there are many different ways of making paint. Looking after your health also means selecting suppliers with care. This goes beyond a certificate of standards: we choose our products with care, and take particular care to ensure that each paint manufacturer guarantees artists that the use of their products will not pose a risk to your health and safety.
7. Offering you quality service
This is also reflected in our choice of suppliers for cardboard, transport and packaging. We always opt for companies with a proven track record, and we place particular emphasis on peace of mind. Surrounding ourselves with the best professionals in each of our core businesses is one of the choices made by Label Art and is part of our philosophy.
8. Choosing committed manufacturers
Clairefontaine has been supporting Unicef for many years, with projects to help disadvantaged children go to school. Faber-Castell is committed to the German WWF. Winsor & Newton is committed to environmental protection, from waste recycling to water conservation. Lefranc & Bourgeois and Liquitex invest in R&D to comply with REACH standards. We support and choose manufacturers who respect people and the environment. Label Art refuses to work with suppliers whose philosophy does not take account of these principles, which it considers fundamental.

Every year, we discover new facets of our profession. Sometimes we have to find quick solutions and act fast, while other events are anticipated well in advance. We never know what our days will consist of. We've been working with this constant adrenalin for over 18 years.
