There are several possible reasons for this:

  • You were prompted to enter your card numbers, expiration date, cardholder's name, and your card's cryptogram.You unintentionally entered information with incorrect numbers. Please start over. Do not put spaces or dashes between the 16 numbers on your card.
  • The validity date of your card has passed. You must have received a new card.
  • The maximum limit authorized by your bank is exceeded
