What information do we collect ?

For commercial purposes, , Label Art collects all the commercial information you communicate to us. When you create your customer account, or when you join our loyalty and pro programs, or when you manage your orders, or when you take part in our competitions.

To process your orders, all information necessary to ensure your service and the processing of your orders. This information concerns in particular your surname, first name, full postal address, delivery address, fixed and/or mobile telephone number, loyalty card number. Order and delivery management

Your orders must be carried out with care, which means Label Art uses the data it collects to ensure optimal processing service. LALEB ART collects all necessary data which will be transmitted to our carriers La Poste, Collissimo, Géodis, Calberson and GLS and any subcontractors they may use to compensate for increased activity. Among other things, this information allows you to be notified in order to schedule a delivery if necessary. LABEL ART may also transmit data relating to orders to the relay points you have chosen, if applicable.
